NEXT ON METALCON LIVE! — THE NEW CRRC WALL RATING PROGRAM
Join Audrey McGarrell of the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) tomorrow, August 24th, as she delves into and explains a brand new wall rating system. This presentation will provide information about the CRRC’s new rating program for exterior wall products, including details about the requirements for participation, testing, weathering, and rating of products. The CRRC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that develops fair, accurate, and credible methods for evaluating and labeling the radiative properties of roofing and exterior wall products.
Voting for the 2nd Annual METALCON Top Products is underway and the deadline to vote is approaching. Vote for your favorite product by September 5. Pick one winner per page in each category. Top products will be announced September 7 and winners will be showcased at METALCON 2022. Attendees will get to vote on-site for the 2022 People’s Choice Awards.

As the AEC industry significantly improves energy efficiency and moves on from traditional materials there are consequences that need to be addressed. Today’s modern energy efficient buildings have low drying potentials due to their energy efficient products and therefore need low wetting potentials. This session will cover how current practices need to be adjusted to match modern energy efficient products. This session will be held Wednesday morning, October 12 at 8:30 AM and is included with your Total Experience registration.
