Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!

METALCON ’22 ROARED INTO THE VICTORY LANE

For its first time in Indianapolis, METALCON roared across the finish line for both attendees and exhibitors reaffirming it as the must-attend annual event for anyone involved in the application of metal in design and construction. Exhibitor Bob Repovs, President and CEO of Samco Machinery, said, “We’ve been having a lot of great conversations with builders and engineering companies looking for what’s out there with steel, whether it is roof trusses, wall panels, or steel structural systems. A lot of our clients from all around the world come to METALCON. It’s exploratory of information. We have our experts here, our engineers, our sales engineers—all the experts are here.”

Returning for a second year, “The Architect’s Experience” once again gave architects, specifiers, and designers a unique opportunity to learn directly from manufacturers and industry experts, and MCA’s IMP Alliance brought together major manufacturers to promote the benefits and uses and new this year, added a free daily education session. Over the course of 2.5 days, attendees earned nearly a year’s worth of continuing education credits by learning from top industry experts through intensive workshops, free educational sessions, and inspiring keynotes.

METALCON Live! THIS WEDNESDAY - DEBUNKING BUILDING AIRFLOW MISCONCEPTIONS

Don’t miss your chance to catch the #1 most-attended education session at METALCON in October!  Samuel Gray of Metallic Products and William "Bill" Beals of Therm-All debunk the common misconceptions and misunderstandings behind airflow in a building. You will get a foundational level of understanding of thermodynamics that you can share with your stakeholders and customers. Being able to share this information appropriately will help your customers get what they want and need when ordering and designing a building. Discover a very real symbiotic relationship between insulation and ventilation, and how this ultimately affects the longevity of a building. Join us Wednesday at 1:00 PM for a recording of this live session.
